Taylor Property is a local property management company, with over 8 years' experience, who are passionate about providing a personalised management service of properties and all aspects of property maintenance.
With a background in building, property development and property maintenance in the UK, owner Gary Taylor, moved to Arrowtown in 2011 and set up Taylor Property to be the eyes and ears in his clients absence. Someone on the ground who is respectful, reliable and trustworthy, providing a tailored service in property, grounds and vehicle management and maintenance.
Now based in Dunedin, Taylor Property is a small, boutique company, who pride themselves on providing a personal and personable service, for those who either travel regularly, leaving their home unattended for periods of time, or those who live elsewhere and own a second family home.
Taylor Property oversee all general maintenance of our home plus motor vehicles during our absence. We always feel confident that our home is in capable hands and that Gary and his team can attend to all matters in a timely and professional manner.
